- Check all parts
- Inspect wiring
- Check voltage/amp draw
- Tighten electrical connections

- If accessible, check evaporator coil
- Inspect drain
- Clear condensation drain
- Change filters (if provided)
FALL VISIT INCLUDES:
- Check thermostat
- Test operation
- Clean and adjust burners
- Check for gas leaks
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Test voltage/amp draw
- Tighten electrical connections
- Charge check all parts
- Pan oil bearings
- If accessible, check evaporator coil
- Inspect wiring
- Clean condenser coil (heat pump only)
